5 - Assurance

All the registered persons will be systematically delivered a License, including covers in Civil Liability, Assistance and Remedies, which modalities are described in the MMA contract provided by the structure.

The school license only offers these guarantees during teaching hours. The trainees (or legal representatives) can refuse the Individual Accident and Assistance guarantees.

However, Camaret surf school would like to draw the member's attention to the fact that it is in his interest to take out a personal insurance policy with the insurer of his choice, covering bodily injury to which he may be exposed as a result of his sporting activities, and whose guarantees would be superior to those of the MMA  .

6 - Responsibility of the organisation

The minor trainees taken in charge by C.S.S (?) are under the responsibility of its educators exclusively in the reserved time slot. This includes the duration of the lesson, the travel time (if any) and the time of allocation and return of the equipment. Before leaving their child, parents must make sure that the scheduled lesson takes place. They will be under the responsibility of their parents or guardians once the surf lessons are over. The surf school's civil responsibility for its students ceases outside of these hours, within the time limits described above.

Students are strongly advised not to bring or leave valuables with them during the surf lesson (money, watch, phone,...).

The surf school declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of items on its premises. Participants are responsible for the equipment entrusted to them (board, wetsuit...) during class time and in particular in case of loss or damage.

Camaret surf school is not responsible for any accident of a student, caused by his/her (their) physical/medical incapacity or non-compliance with the instructors' instructions.

7 - Commitment of the organisation
